• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee inventory, product displays, and customer service to maintain a consistent and professional brand image.
• Lead social media initiatives for the store, including content creation and fan engagement, to boost both online and in-store presence.
• Utilize digital tools and data analytics to optimize sales performance and membership management.
• Train, coach, and lead the store team to improve service quality and execution.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

• Minimum 2 year of retail management experience; experience in beauty, wigs, or hair products is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and creating an excellent shopping experience.
• Chinese language skills preferred.
