Job Overview

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance customers' in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

• Elevate and enhance customers' in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $55,000–$70,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Base pay or uncapped commission. Compensation does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
