• Front-Line Employee – provide exceptional care of our customers’ properties.
• Install pipe, heads, valves, wire, controller, and sensors.
• Operate basic equipment safely.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; perform physical work, lifting 35‑80 pounds often.
• Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

• Prior experience in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• 1 to 2 years of irrigation field experience.
• Willingness to complete training to obtain all required certifications and licenses.
• Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.
• Passion for serving others (crew, customers, community).
• Experience installing, repairing, or maintaining sprinkler systems.
• Customer service orientation; turn challenges into opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and perseverance in completing tasks.

This role is pay for performance. The more efficiently you work, the higher your pay rate, estimated at $30 - $35 per hour.
