Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Annually

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of material handling equipment at our facility such as forklifts, personal and burden carriers, pallet jacks, dock doors and levelers.

• Diagnose and Repair:
  Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Routine Maintenance:
  Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and the optimal performance of equipment.
• Utilize Diagnostic Tools:
  Use specialized diagnostic software, tools, and equipment manuals to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Customer Service:
  Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing clear explanations of repair procedures.
• Follow Defined Process:
  Accurately document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used in service reports, ensuring comprehensive service records.
• Safety Compliance:
  Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while performing repairs and maintenance.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure all equipment adheres to industry standards and company policies for performance and safety.
• Independence:
  Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple repair tasks concurrently.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Must have the physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
