Experienced Plumber

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and career oriented Plumber with excellent work ethic, communication and sales skills to service our residential & light commercial customers in Metro Atlanta. We strive to provide a positive working environment and treat everyone as work family. We work hard, but also believe in a healthy personal time / work balance. Potential earnings in the range of 65k-90k based on performance for the first year.

Benefits include:

***$1,500 Sign On Bonus***

- Top Hourly Pay with O.T. plus weekly bonus

- Weekly bonus tiered percentage based on weekly billing amount

- 5% Commission for residential plumbing equipment sales

- 3% Commission for residential plumbing equipment leads

- 3% Commission for commercial plumbing equipment leads

- $10 Commission for each maintenance agreement sold

- Commissions paid WEEKLY, every Friday

- $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment

- Christmas Bonus plan (1% of gross income)

What we are looking for:

- Clean cut

- Strong customer service/communication/salesability/organization

- Minimum 3 years' plumbing experience

- Clean driving record and background examination

- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, tool account)

- Must be proficient with smartphone, email, etc.
