• Deliver an exceptional ownership experience
• Build lasting relationships with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly
• Recommend maintenance and repair services with confidence and integrity
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service sales

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer‑service skills
• Proven ability to achieve high CSI scores
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Organized, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
• Stellantis dealership experience is a plus
