The Non‑Inventory Receiver will work as part of a team with other Non‑Inventory Receivers and SPM to administer the flow of non‑inventory goods including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Key responsibilities include operating a PIT rider, unloading and accurately putting away non‑inventory goods, staging products in work areas, organizing packaging supplies, maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies kanbans and supermarkets, receiving goods into the Coupa system (data entry), researching missing shipments, assisting with payment inquiries from A/P, keeping files, performing accurate shipping supplies cycle counts, and ensuring the delivery of expense items and gift wrap to the correct location.

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or logistics
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
