- Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports
- Verify payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations (outsourced, comes in-house for confirmation)
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Vehicle registration renewals
- Send monthly invoices/statements to tenants
- Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and job cost accounting.
- Coordinate with external CPAs for tax filings and financial audits
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure accurate data entry
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience(real estate or construction industry preferred)
- Proficiency inQuick
Books(Desktop & Online) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) - Strong understanding ofreal estate accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
