Part Time Receptionist – Arbors at Stoneham – Stoneham, MA.

The Arbors at Stoneham is a family‑owned assisted living community and we’re hiring a part‑time receptionist. Familiarity with computers and multitasking is required; experience with elderly populations is preferred.

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitoring lobby areas to ensure visitors, residents, and guests receive informed, warm, friendly service.
• Answering, transferring, and recording telephone calls accurately and professionally.
• Serving as the point of reference for residents, families, guests, and vendors, attending to their wishes and requirements.
• Assisting with lobby activities or events such as word games, knitting clubs, wine and cheese socials, etc.
• Assisting residents with scheduling of services in and out of the community.
• Assisting with word‑processing tasks, such as preparing and maintaining current resident directories.
• Handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Performing other receptionist tasks as needed.

• Experience working as a receptionist.
• Experience and/or sensitivity to the needs of elders or disabled individuals.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Enjoyment of socializing with residents, families, guests, and the public.
• Availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
