Digital Product Designer

We're seeking a Digital Product Designer to help rapidly improve and evolve a prioritized set of consumer digital banking customer journeys. This role is ideal for a hands‑on designer who thrives in fast‑paced environments, works efficiently in Figma, and can translate complex requirements into intuitive, high‑quality digital experiences.

You'll partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, user‑centered solutions across web and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on speed, clarity, and execution.

• Design and iterate on end‑to‑end consumer digital banking journeys, from concept through delivery
• Quickly translate prioritized requirements into wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other partners to align design solutions with business goals
• Work within and contribute to existing design systems while maintaining consistency and quality
• Use Figma extensively to create, refine, and maintain design assets, components, and documentation
• Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently in short design cycles
• Balance speed and craftsmanship while supporting multiple work streams as priorities shift

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Digital Product Designer on consumer‑facing digital products
• Strong background designing web and mobile experiences, ideally within financial services or complex transactional products
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, and collaboration workflows)
• Ability to move fast, make smart design decisions, and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and customer journey mapping
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
• Portfolio showcasing modern, thoughtful digital product design work

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
