Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher located in Stoneham, MA. The Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering developmentally appropriate lesson plans, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment, and supporting children's social and emotional growth. They will also maintain clear and effective communication with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive educational experience, and uphold the safety and wellbeing of all students in their care.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Lesson Planning and designing age-appropriate educational activities
  • Background in Education with knowledge of child development principles
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues
  • Experience and skills in Teaching and implementing effective instructional strategies
  • Ability to facilitate Training for staff or participate in ongoing professional development
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering children's growth and development
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
