Special Education Teacher, Resource Room - Central Middle School

• Provide intensive, specialized instruction to students with IEPs within the Resource Room, addressing IEP goals and objectives.
• Collaborate and consult with classroom teachers, participate in ongoing data team meetings, and closely monitor the progress of all students on the caseload.
• Conduct academic evaluations for initial evaluations, including the use and interpretation of formal diagnostic assessments, and provide oral and written evaluation and progress reports.

• MA DESE license in Moderate Special Needs.
• Training and certification in systematic, multisensory reading instruction such as Wilson Reading (desired).
• SEI endorsement.

Effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Salary is based on the Step B series, ranging from $62,751 to $118,335, depending on experience and qualifications.
