Comfort Keepers - - Responsibilities:
Performs duties as assigned on the personal care Service Plan;
Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and ambulation;
Provides light housekeeping and maintains a clean, safe environment;
Assists in meeting nutritional needs: meal planning, preparation, grocery shopping, kitchen cleanup;
Assists and supports client with ambulation/transfers and reminds to take medications
