We are seeking a Resident Care Aide (RCA) who loves working with seniors, takes pride in high-quality care, and approaches every task with attention to detail, patience, and professionalism
. If you can listen to residents, coax them when needed, and follow procedures meticulously while staying friendly and approachable, this role is perfect for you.
- Cares deeply about seniors and genuinely enjoys spending time with them

- Can patiently listen to residents’ stories and coax cooperation when needed
- Follows established processes and documentation requirements meticulously

- Maintains a calm, positive, and supportive environment
The RCA provides direct care and support to residents
, promoting comfort, independence, and dignity. You will assist with personal care, dining, activities, and housekeeping while creating meaningful connections with residents, families, and the care team.
- Provide personal care services professionally and compassionately
- Document care accurately and completely
- Review and prepare shift change logs; communicate key information to incoming staff
- Alert licensed nurses to changes in resident condition or needs
- Respond appropriately to emergency call systems
- Follow proper procedures for Self-Administered Medication Management
- Assess resident capabilities and provide assistance as needed
- Support dining, housekeeping, and activity programs
- Assist relatives, guests, and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a calm, professional, and positive environment
- Take a team approach, support coworkers and collaborate effectively
- Complete all required annual in-service training
- Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures
- Current Nursing Assistant certification OR completion of a Certified Home Health Aide program
- Understanding of the physical and emotional needs of seniors
- Patience, compassion, and respect for all residents
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a committed, united team
- Dependable, professional, and willing to take ownership of duties
