What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Occupational Therapist
, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:

• Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plans
• Improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence
• Conducting home safety assessments and recommending adaptive equipment or home modifications
• Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
• Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to maximize safety and function
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
• Afternoon availability

• Previous home care experience
• Monday–Friday availability
