Ophthalmic Technician

Join our ophthalmology team at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary as an Ophthalmic Technician, where you'll play an important role in supporting patient care and the clinical team. Under the guidance of the Chief Ophthalmic Technician and Service/Site Manager, you'll provide hands-on ophthalmic technical support and help ensure patients receive a smooth, high-quality experience throughout their visit. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, learning new clinical skills, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Current JCAHPO certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience working as an ophthalmic assistant in a supervised clinical setting.
