As a House Cleaner with Karol’s Cleaning Services, you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality residential and occasional office cleaning services. Your work helps create clean, healthy, and welcoming spaces for our clients and their families.

You will drive a company-provided vehicle from our designated parking location to job sites and back, follow detailed cleaning checklists, and take pride in delivering excellent service.

We offer flexible scheduling and are open to candidates looking to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week, depending on availability and performance.

All cleaning is performed using company-provided vehicles, tools, equipment, and supplies — you do not need to use your own.

• Ability to commute to Stoneham, MA
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites
• Clean residential homes and occasional office spaces
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and job notes
• Perform basic cleaning duties like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting areas, etc.
• Properly use company-provided cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies (training provided)
• Working efficiently in teams while maintaining quality
• Treat clients’ homes with care, respect, and professionalism
• Be dependable, on time, in uniform, and maintain a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• No experience required — paid training provided
• Valid driver’s license
• Social Security or ITIN # Required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform physical work, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
