Tufts Medicine Community Care is seeking a full‑time Bariatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Tufts Medicine Weight & Wellness Center in Stoneham, MA. Join an established group of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners in the most comprehensive bariatric surgery program in the region.
The ideal candidate will have experience with or a strong interest in bariatrics/weight management and be comfortable evaluating patients for metabolic conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and prescribing anti‑obesity medications including GLP‑1s in accordance with evidence‑based protocols.

- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current license as a Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Clinical experience in Bariatric Medicine/Weight Management is preferred.
- Passionate about caring for a diverse population of Bariatric Medicine/Weight Management patients.
- Curious, growth‑oriented, and excited to help advance the field of obesity medicine through continuous learning, quality improvement and collaboration.
- Current certification in CPR required.
- A team player excited to work alongside the interdisciplinary team to assist in patient care, support, and satisfaction.
