Bilingual Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Elaine Med Spa Job Description

Elaine Med Spa is seeking an experienced, licensed Aesthetic Nurse Injector with advanced experience in Botox, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and facial harmonization.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who combines excellent injection technique, aesthetic judgment, patient safety, and exceptional patient care.

• Active and unrestricted nursing license in Massachusetts required
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables required
• Advanced experience with Botox / neurotoxins
• Advanced experience with dermal fillers
• Experience with facial balancing and full-face harmonization
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, patient assessment, and complication prevention
• Ability to create individualized aesthetic treatment plans
• Fluent Portuguese and English required
• Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
• Professional, confident, ethical, and detail-oriented
• Strong commitment to patient safety and clinical protocols
• Ability to provide natural, balanced aesthetic results
• Excellent bedside manner and ability to build long-term relationships with patients
• Team-oriented and committed to continued professional growth

• Perform patient consultations and aesthetic assessments
• Develop individualized facial treatment plans
• Perform Botox/neurotoxin injections
• Perform dermal filler treatments
• Perform facial balancing and facial harmonization treatments
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance
• Document assessments, treatments, products, and injection details accurately
• Maintain strict standards of sanitation, safety, and clinical compliance
• Follow Elaine Med Spa protocols and medical oversight requirements
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
• Participate in continued education and advanced aesthetic training

The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of proven injectable experience, excellent aesthetic judgment, confidence performing advanced facial treatments, and a strong commitment to natural-looking results and patient safety.

We are seeking someone who is professional, motivated, bilingual in Portuguese and English, and interested in growing long-term with Elaine Med Spa.

Attractive commission-based compensation with strong earning potential. Final compensation structure will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
