Inside Sales Representative

Role You Will Play:

In this role, the Counter Sales Specialist will focus on 100% customer satisfaction while working with walk‑in customers, including builders, contractors, and homeowners. You will utilize your expertise in Interior Millwork, Architectural Mouldings, Stairs, and Doors to assist each customer with their project needs. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone or walk‑in, assessing customers’ needs, determining product availability, preparing quotes, providing appropriate pricing, handling order entry, and loading customer vehicles as needed.
