Position: Direct Sales Representative- Universal & $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Direct Sales Representative (Boston, MA – Greater Market)

Opportunity to earn up to $89,000 or more with uncapped commissions.

Base salary: $39,900 plus uncapped commissions and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus (subject to eligibility).

Responsibilities
  • Represent Astound Broadband’s residential direct sales initiatives in the field around the Greater Boston market.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
  • Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
  • Prepare sales information for customers.
  • Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the product/service line.
  • Work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
  • Enjoy outdoor “on the hunt” work; 90% of all work is in the field.
  • Possess excellent communication, relationship‑building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Be a motivated, self‑starter comfortable working autonomously.
  • Be detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Be sales‑quota driven.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales or marketing background in telecommunications a plus.
