Sales Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Stoneham, Lawrence and Concord areas. This individual will oversee a team of Liaisons within their assigned territories, develop strategic partnerships, and expand referral networks within the territory and beyond. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership preferrably within the home health care industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics.

• Territory: Stoneham, Lawrence and Concord, MA.
• Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday

• Supervise and coach a team of marketing representatives.
• Set performance benchmarks, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular field visits and 1:1 meetings.
• Strategically manage and grow the assigned geographic territory by identifying high-potential accounts.
• Stay ahead of regional trends, competitor activities, and referral opportunities.
• Hires, onboards and trains new sales representatives as the team expands.

• Establish new and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and other health care providers.
• Develop, implement, and adjust territory-specific growth strategies and tactical marketing plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Work closely with clinical leadership, operations, and intake teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and service delivery.
• Provide regular feedback from the field to inform branding, messaging, and service improvements.

• Track referral sources, conversion rates, territory performance, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records and generate timely reports for senior management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a sales leadership role (preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care).
• Demonstrated success in territory expansion and referral relationship development.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in technological skill, CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
• Experience in sales preferably within the healthcare setting
• Base Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience.
