Key Responsibilities
* Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner
* Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
* Assist with apartment/unit turns and move-in readiness
* Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
* Work with vendors and follow all safety procedures
Requirements
* Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
* Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
* Reliable transportation; tools are a plus
