Paxton Personnel is looking for experienced
Dumper and/or Roller Operators
to join our clients on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects across Elgin and the Moray area.

If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working as part of a professional site team, we'd love to hear from you.

• Operating forward tipping dumpers and/or ride-on rollers safely and efficiently
• Completing daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
• Working alongside ground workers, site supervisors, and other trades
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly

• Valid
  CPCS or NPORS Dumper and/or Roller
  ticket (essential)
• Valid
  CSCS Card
  (essential)
• Previous experience operating plant on construction sites
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
