The Senior Spare Parts Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of spare parts orders and on-time delivery commitments. This position is responsible for coordinating daily spare parts shipments and collaborating cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Aftermarket, Sales, and Shipping teams. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving delivery performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the spare parts fulfillment process.

• Oversee the efficient day-to-day execution of spare parts shipments through the Spare Parts Workbench.
• Maximize daily spare parts shipments while ensuring customer delivery commitments are met.
• Act as the primary planning liaison between Operations, Aftermarket, Procurement, and Shipping to establish correct production and fulfillment priorities.
• Coordinate and expedite open spare parts orders in collaboration with Aftermarket and Procurement teams.
• Liaise between Sales and Shipping to ensure Emergency Breakdown orders are executed same-day whenever possible.
• Monitor VIP spare parts stocking levels and recommend MOH (min on hand) and safety stock adjustments based on sales trends.
• Provide weekly VIP spare parts updates to Procurement, including problem parts, expedite needs, purchase orders placed, and promise date status.
• Maintain and distribute detailed reports measuring daily and monthly spare parts on-time delivery performance.
• Identify primary root causes for late deliveries to support departmental root cause analysis (RCA).
• Prepare and distribute routine spare parts performance reports and monthly KPIs.
• Provide monthly spare parts forecasts
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance on-time delivery metrics.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with production personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable using technologyli>

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent time management skills.
