Maintenance Trades Helper Painter Trainee Job Qualifications/
Skills:
Ability to work independently and pay attention to details. Ability to ready basic blueprints.
Job DescriptionSummary:
Experience in using industrial paints such as enamels, epoxy and urethane paint systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- The ability to spray paint using HVLP spray guns.
- The proper use and applications of industrial paints such as enamels, epoxy, and urethane paint systems.
- How to read and understand Tech Data Sheets for mixing and applying different paint systems.
- Proper techniques of prepping parts for paint using sanders and on occasion sand blasting.
- The use of small hand tools such as dial calipers, tape measures and scales.
0-2 years of related experience.
Requires a High School diploma or GED.
Technical or Vocational Training preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:- Attention to Detail
- Reliability
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Self-motivated
- Willing to invest and shows initiative and quality craftsmanship.
- US Citizenship Required
