Sales Manager

Brustolon Buick - GMC is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Mystic, Connecticut. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Set sales targets and motivate the team to meet them
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Identify market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Train and onboard new sales team members

Requirements:

Prior experience in a sales management role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Highly motivated and target-oriented
Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
