Position: Cytotech OR Cytotechnologist on Long Island
NEW Cytotech OR Cytotechnologist opening at a full service clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory located on Long Island! This laboratory is fully accredited by The College of American Pathologists (CAP), New York State Department of Health, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CLIA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

This laboratory is looking to hire a permanent and full time Cytotechnologist on Day Shift (6am or 7am start time). The cytotech will be responsible for screening and diagnosing gynecological and non-gynecological slides. For consideration applicants must have:

Required:

• Bachelors in Cytotechnology OR Completion of accredited Cytology program.
• CT ASCP Certification or equivalent

Preferred:

• 2 years of previous cytology experience
