Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is hungry and willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable insurance career by having their own agency in the future!

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations.
• Sales, Sales, Sales!

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer

• Salary plus commission/bonus
  • 1st year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $50k to $70k
  • 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $60k to $80k
  • 3rd year - a successful, highly motivated person can plan on establishing their own agency that generates $250k or more!
