The Elementary Classroom Teacher provides high-quality, standards-based instruction in core academic areas, fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students. The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the growth and achievement of all learners.
Qualifications- Valid Iowa teaching license with Elementary Education endorsement.
- Strong knowledge of child development and instructional best practices.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
