Production Team Member

We are seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Hang birds (weighing approximately 50–55 pounds) on the processing line in a timely and efficient manner
• Rotate between production duties and truck wash responsibilities
• Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to Tyson Foods policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching (above and across)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly while handling birds weighing approximately 50–55 pounds
• Required to stand for extended periods (minimum of 9 hours per shift)
• Work in wet, damp, and cold conditions (20–40°F) on a routine basis
• Perform job duties involving heavy lifting in a physically demanding environment
