POSITION SUMMARY:

P604 Utility Opr 0004 - Storm Lake Plant

Pay: $27.60

This position is responsible for performing a variety of production line duties as needed to support departmental operations while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fill operational gaps and provide support in areas of the department that require additional staffing.
• Perform a variety of production line tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Learn, train, and qualify in multiple production line positions and job functions.
• Rotate between workstations and perform assigned duties based on operational needs.
• Maintain production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate for assigned tasks.
• Communicate operational concerns, safety issues, or equipment problems to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a production/manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Position may require working flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able and willing to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able and willing to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Must be able and willing to perform tasks requiring torso flexion, shoulder movement, elbow flexion, wrist movement, and repetitive gripping of tools or equipment.
• Must be able and willing to lift, carry, and move items weighing more than 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able and willing to safely work around moving machinery and production equipment.
• Must be able and willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
