Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Assembler | $18/hr To Start. Wage Increase Potential after 3 and 6 months! Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm

We are hiring Assemblers for a local metal manufacturing company. This position works both independently and on a team to assemble metal components and finished products. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable company in the area. Those who have prior manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or metalworking experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

• Assemble metal parts, components, and finished products according to blueprints, drawings, work orders, and written instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and measurements
• Use various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Perform drilling, fastening, grinding, deburring, and other assembly-related duties
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality
• Check and maintain quality of parts throughout the manufacturing process

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or metalworking experience strongly preferred

• $18/hr DOE.
• Paid every Friday.
