Service Manager

In this role, you will lead daily shop and field operations, coordinate service technicians, and deliver exceptional support to our customers.

• Filter incoming customer service requests and dispatch road/shop technicians efficiently.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates, track active work orders, and process billing paperwork.
• Order necessary service parts and assist customers with direct parts inquiries.
• Support walk-in or calling customers with basic equipment sales inquiries and direct them to sales representatives.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Technical familiarity with material handling or construction equipment (preferred).
