Back AP Specialist Accounts Payable Stoughton , Massachusetts Temp Per Hour Sep 16, 2026 $ 23.00 - $25.00
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Stoughton, MA that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a 3-month contract position (potential to convert) that will be on-site and is paying between $24-$26/hr depending on experience.
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Reviewing and verifying vendor invoices, coding them, and entering them into the accounting system
- Processing vendor payments and ensuring invoices are paid according to due dates and company policies
- Reconciling vendor statements and AP accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies
- Responding to vendor inquiries and assisting with financial reporting as needed
The experience required for this role:
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably full-cycle accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation: $24-$26/hr (DOE)
