Marketing Support Specialist
The Corporate Support Specialist serves as a key administrative resource for management and clinic staff across the organization. This role provides essential operational, administrative, and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions and a positive employee experience.
To be successful, the Corporate Support Specialist must be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization, from frontline clinic staff to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to all OP Specialty Bracing clinic locations.
- Ensure adherence to established company processes and procedures.
- Generate and maintain patient outcome reports using Nymbl, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
- Support marketing initiatives through social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
- Update, produce, and distribute patient education materials, marketing brochures, and other promotional collateral services for clinics and referral partners.
- Maintain and update company websites with information related to products, clinicians, clinic locations, and other organizational updates.
- Edit, manage, and distribute company order forms and related documentation.
- Coordinate corporate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of meeting materials.
- Arrange shipping and logistics for national trade shows and industry events.
- Manage Continuing Education (CE) credit applications and documentation for in-house training seminars and educational programs.
- Coordinate the tracking, fulfillment, and shipping of product samples, literature, and promotional materials for the sales and clinical teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 12 years of administrative, operational support, marketing support, or related experience.
- Experience supporting multiple departments or locations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Canva and website content management is a plus.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
