Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Accounts Receivable Management Invoicing Accounts Payable Management Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Prepare and manage budgets for office expenses.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Netsuite and Quickbooks Service Titan software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
