Description

Prompt Care is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a P&L Coordinator, you will coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, manage medication and medical supply inventory, and oversee warehouse operations, company fleet, and facilities. You will support data analytics and formulary implementation across pharmacy locations, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing aligned with the company’s formulary and vendor agreements.

You will maintain accurate product and pricing data in CPR+ and ensure compliance with GPO, manufacturer, and distributor contracts. If you are a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for logistics and healthcare operations, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, Supply Chain – preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician training – preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis, variance reporting, and problem‑solving.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software.

Analytical & Technical Abilities
  • Capable of interpreting clinical and operational data.
  • Able to perform pharmaceutical calculations and prepare budgets or projections.

Other Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Job Responsibilities , Included But Not Limited To
  • Strategic Partnerships & Business Development – Participate in RFPs and business development initiatives, represent Infusion Services at forums and conferences.
  • Compliance & Contract Management – Assess compliance with rebate contracts and purchasing policies, review purchase orders and daily reports for formulary compliance, support policy and procedure documentation.
  • Procurement & Inventory Management – Manage medical supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and cost verification; coordinate with Pharmacy and Nursing to ensure adequate stock levels; monitor vendor pricing and identify cost‑saving opportunities; maintain and update CPR+ and formulary records daily.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Develop reports and spreadsheets for drug trends, rebates, and formulary changes; support procurement analytics and financial alignment with invoice processes.
  • Operations & Logistics – Assist with warehouse organization, deliveries, and fleet vehicle coordination; manage promotional material logistics and support facility safety compliance.
  • Field Support & Vendor Relations – Provide purchasing and sourcing support to field locations; act as a liaison for vendor issue resolution.
