Electrical Wholesalers, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team.

• Support project managers and sales teams in coordinating lighting, controls, or switch gear projects for commercial clients.
• Create quotes and orders using Job Management and Solar Eclipse systems.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare submittals for customer review and design approval.
• Address shipping-related concerns and project inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
• Assist with other project-related or administrative tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or the electrical construction industry.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Solar ERP is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing schedules, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience reading schematics or prints is a plus.
