What You Will Do

This is a new position for our growing product team. The Product Coordinator, Youth sports, Games and Toyx supports a fast-paced, high-volume department within our organization. This role will primarily assist the Director, Product Management serving as a key liaison across multiple internal teams and external partners with assigned duties. The position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of products including toy, game, and sporting goods categories.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the administration of product development, maintaining databases, managing sales samples, coordinating item setup, submitting artwork, and communicating with global supply chain partners. This individual will also support sales initiatives, including preparation for key account presentations. The candidate must be detail-oriented, administrative individual who is highly organized and structured, understands the importance of data integrity, and has analytical and excellent writing skills.

They will work closely with a variety of different teams within the organization and will require strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong written communication skills. Prior experience in a support role within consumer products, preferably in the sporting goods industry, is preferred.

This position is based at our headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid and reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management, Youth sports, Games and Toys.

In More Detail, You Will
  • Assist and support the Product Manager in a variety of administrative functions
  • Support all aspects of product line development, including data creation, vendor communication, sample management, documentation, and database maintenance
  • Learn and manage internal systems (Art Tracker, Smart Track, PIM, Salsify) to ensure accuracy in reporting and data entry
  • Support sales presentations by coordinating product and packaging samples and assisting with presentation materials
  • Maintain, organize and properly store sample inventory within the warehouse
  • Participate in and support ongoing product development processes, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Assist with writing product descriptions and marketing copy
  • Coordinate across sales, forecasting, planning, and overseas vendors to ensure programs are executed accurately and on time
  • Other tasks as assigned
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with focus in marketing, product development, project management or other related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management
