Position Overview

Currently we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our professional staff. The Estimator will be a crucial team member who will be responsible for:

Preparing Detailed Estimates / Proposals

Scope Review

Subcontractor Bidding

Subcontractor Pre-Qualification

Quantity Take-Offs

Document Management

We seek an individual who is hard working, results-driven, professional, accountable, honest, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience estimating and bidding commercial construction projects

Must have a working knowledge of On-Screen Advanced Takeoff Software

Must have a working knowledge of Procore

Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
