Compensation& Benefits
- Annual salary range: $110,000 to $165,000, plus union or standard benefits depending on membership. Bonuses are possible.
- Member of local Plumbers Union – benefits through JCH.

- Lead all aspects of assigned project activities to meet project goals, budget, quality control, and company objectives.
- Provide project‑management resources and act on behalf of the company in matters related to the successful progress and completion of projects according to budget, schedules, and contract documents.
- Understand complex project plans, drawing specifications, and schedules and determine necessary resources to complete the project on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including RFI submittals, schedule updates, time records, supplemental work orders, change order pricing, and general correspondence.
- Coordinate with the superintendent and project field staff to prioritize jobs, especially when scheduling conflicts arise for labor and equipment.
- Establish, maintain, and track performance standards for all work performed on the assigned project.
- Perform regular inspections of all work performed on the assigned project.
- Adhere to company uniform project‑management procedures and cost accounting standards.
- Foster and maintain consistent cooperation among all departments.
- Prepare project expense budgets, revenue, and profit projections for the Vice President of Plumbing.
- Provide consistent supervision and monitoring of all work performed on the assigned project.
- Offer technical advice to clients and employees working on the assigned project.
- Work with the Plumbing Estimating Team on bid markup consistent with volume and profit objectives.
- Review estimates and proposal scope letters.
- Review RFQ/RFP documents for the solicitation of subcontractors and vendors.
- Possess a high level of expertise in all phases of mechanical/plumbing/HVAC installation and construction.
- Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and contracts, reporting variances to the appropriate title.
- Maintain confidentiality of work and any company project knowledge.
- Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Management Team with recommended solutions.
- Align assignments to achieve customer and company objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Mechanical/Plumbing Trade Diploma with a minimum of 3–5 years of project‑management experience in the mechanical/plumbing/HVAC industry, or a minimum of 5 years of combined field experience and project‑management experience in the industry. (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and team skills. (Required)
- Professional certifications (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience with Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction software.
- Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.
