PBZ Construction, Inc. specializes in the building and remodeling of custom high end Kitchen, Bathrooms and Additions among a variety of many other things. We are looking for a qualified construction professional to help execute the construction of these projects. We have been in business for 27 years and are looking for a long term employee.

You must have prior success….

• In high end residential construction including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Finding fulfillment in making clients happy because of a job well done.

• Be accountable to meet schedules and timelines.
• Represent PBZ Construction, Inc. in the upmost professional manner at all times.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Quickly understand a customized project
• Experience in high-end residential construction. Including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.
• Must be a self-starter, passionate, have honesty/integrity, highly motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work without supervision
• Enjoy mentoring and training the inexperienced
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Enjoy diversity of different aspects of residential construction
• Must pass a drug test presently and randomly
• Find fulfillment in making our customers happy because of a job well done!
• Compensation to be based on Experience and Qualification
• Valid driver’s license
