Solar Laborer

Solar Decommissioning Laborer (Commercial Rooftop)

We're hiring hardworking laborers to help remove and dismantle commercial rooftop solar systems. If you have construction, roofing, demolition, solar, or general labor experience and are comfortable working at heights, we'd like to hear from you.

• Remove solar panels, racking, wiring, and rooftop equipment.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Load, sort, and move materials for recycling or disposal.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Work on commercial rooftops using fall protection equipment.
• Support crews in completing projects on schedule.

• Construction, roofing, solar, demolition, or labor experience preferred.
• Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• OSHA 10 and fall protection experience are a plus.

• Outdoor commercial job sites.
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
• Physically demanding role involving lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

This is a Contract position based out of Stoughton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
