PBZ Construction, Inc. specializes in the building and remodeling of custom high end Kitchen, Bathrooms and Additions among a variety of many other things. We are looking for a qualified construction professional to help execute the construction of these projects. We have been in business for 27 years and are looking for a long term employee.

You must have prior success….

-In high end residential construction including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.

-finding fulfillment in making clients happy because of a job well done.

You must:

Be accountable to meet schedules and timelines.

Represent PBZ Construction, Inc. in the upmost professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

Quickly understand a customized project

Experience in high-end residential construction. Including framing, siding, roofing and trim work.

Must be a self-starter, passionate, have honesty/integrity, highly motivated and goal oriented.

Excellent communication skills

Able to work without supervision

Enjoy mentoring and training the inexperienced

Willing to work a flexible schedule

Enjoy diversity of different aspects of residential construction

Must pass a drug test presently and randomly

Compensation to be based on Experience and Qualification

Valid driver’s license
