Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides community-based services to empower children and adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in the least restrictive environment. The agency, through its programs and services, encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities into the mainstream of society, including social, recreational, family and work activities.

Primarily responsible for working as liaison in assigned region assisting Consumers/ Participants and PCAs/DCWs with inquiries and problem resolution. This role is a floating position and includes required travel to cover offices in your region as needed/requested. The role will extend to providing general in-person support to visitors for questions and documentation related to the overall FI program. The regional liaison will also be trained and capable of providing training and support for the Tempus EVV solution.

Finally, the regional liaison will coordinate with the Consumer Advisory Board coordinator to address concerns and review opportunities within that region. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements.

This position requires travel between multiple locations:
Stoughton, Boston and Salem.

Travel is required for this position to ensure regional offices are covered.

  • In-person everyday
  • Location coverage in Stoughton, Boston and Salem offices
  • Hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • Full time, 35 hours a week
Essential Functions
  • Float to offices in your assigned region for RL coverage as needed
  • Act as a liaison between Consumers/Participants and/or PCAs/DCWs and Tempus
  • Respond to Consumer/ Participant and/or PCA/DCW inquiries and complaints
  • Provide in-person assistance, either scheduled or ad-hoc, related to FI documentation or program related questions
  • Help resolve inaccuracies or discrepancies related to reporting of activity time
  • Work with applicable parties to determine PA/WA status and if new PA/WA needs to be requested
  • Work with applicable parties to address and resolve PCA/DCW payment issues
  • Respond to issues that have been escalated by Consumers/Surrogates/Administrative Proxies/Waiver Participants and/or PCAs/DCWs.
  • Receive visitors and determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Maintain visitor and  register. Issue s where appropriate
  • Deal with inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Perform administrative work, including supporting other departments, as needed and as time allows.
  • Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual/physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC).

Required Education
  • High School Diploma
