IKEA is seeking a Customer Care Team Lead to coach co-workers on the shop floor across the Cash Lanes, Click and Collect, Home Delivery, Handout and Car Loading areas, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

You will develop staff, oversee onboarding, monitor KPI performance, and analyze customer concerns to drive improvements. You’ll ensure system knowledge in ISELL, Centiro, MHS, IPOS, and queuing systems, support risk and compliance, and foster an emotional, empathetic service culture.
