The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to elementary‑aged students at a charter school in the Stoughton area. This role focuses on developing individualized learning plans, monitoring and assessing student progress, and collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to promote both academic and social growth. The ideal candidate is a licensed Special Education Teacher who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred
• Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Classroom experience Monday-Friday, structured setting
• Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchair-bound preferred
