Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders.

Join our team as an ABA Counselor where you’ll play a vital role in providing educational instruction to students within a structured classroom environment. You’ll assist in developing teaching plans tailored to the needs of children and adolescents with emotional, developmental, and/or behavioral challenges. $28-$31/hour Monday to Friday schedule 8-4:30pm

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Service Field, or Psychology Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21 Strong interpersonal and teaching skills Experience or interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and special education preferred

Provide educational instruction to students in a structured classroom environment Assist in developing and implementing teaching plans tailored to individual student needs Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support student growth and development
