We are seeking to employ a School Age Site Coordinator in our AVON
location.
The before school hours: 7am until school begins
The after school hours: school dismissal until 6pm.
Location(s)445 Central Street, Stoughton , Massachusetts 02072 , United States
Requirements- Minimum of 20 years of age.
- B.S. or B.A. with 9 months experience with school age children, or High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
- Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
- Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
- Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work and thrive as part of a cohesive team.
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary.
- Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends.
- Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75lbs on occasion and 40lbs frequently (children) and move intermittently during work hours.
- Ability to thoroughly understand Y-USA's three focus areas:
Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility; p roven ability to identify and meet the needs of the health seeker

Pay RangeThe estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay.
The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience.
$20.50 - $25.00 / hour
